Strangely energized. Related to this whole sleeve journey?

I woke up today, a little more than three months out and about 45 pounds lighter, with an unusual feeling of energy. I am generally very low key, very laid back, very . . . okay, let's say it . . . LAZY. Today, I was not a lazy slug. I didn't feel the need to sit, lay down, rest. In fact, it never crossed my mind to stop doing all of the things that needed doing. Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, errands, cooking. What the heck is going on here??? Have I been taken over by an alien life form? Has this happened to anyone else? Should I call Ghostbusters? :)

Totally normal, and it only gets better. I have a really hard time lounging on the weekends now. I just want to go go go, and the husband is not happy about it since he's a homebody, and works all week.

I am having the same reaction! I am much more active now and I feel like I'm always doing something around the house! Another reason I am so happy with the sleeve! :)

Hooray!!!!

Hopefully I have that to look forward to - I'm still feeling a little lethargic at the moment but that might be the heat too!

I have had bursts of energy, too! It almost makes me feel like I'm getting a little manic! I've been doing yard work like crazy on the weekends and feeling like I've lost at least 10 years! The more I do, the stronger I get, the better I feel! I still feel tired sometimes, too, but I just try to pay attention to what my body wants/needs at the moment.

Ride the high!
