Anyone know Dr. Nick's Pre-Op Diet Regimen?

Do any of you know what Dr. Nick Nicholson's (Plano, TX) pre-Op diet regimen is? I am looking for the number of days per stage and types of foods you can eat each day or stage.

Thanks!

For 2 weeks prior to surgery, he had me on a 1200 calorie diet which consisted of 4-5 liquid diet shakes and bars during the day (SlimFast Hi Protein or Low Carb RTD shakes, Diet Meal Replacement Bars) and for dinner, 3oz of lean meat and 1 cup of veggies. Tough at first but worked very well.

:thumbup:I am starting my pre-op diet today with Dr. Nick, 5 Slimfast shakes or bars plus 5oz protein and 2 c veggie for dinner, I am allowed 1 fat a day. I have my sleeve May 17, so thought I would start it early as I am anxious to loose. How has the post op been?
