Inamed (the U.S. Band manufacturer) has a free one if you ask their Customer Service for it.

It's teal and says "I'm With The Band" and then the Lap-Band on the back.

I've e-mailed him twice requesting the bracelet and have never received a reply e-mail nor the bracelet.

I got my pretty purple one today in the mail from izik's Mom. Thank you so much for the swift and quick delievery. I think it is beautiful and I got 2 of them in case someone needs one.
