Okay - everytime I try to lay down - even with 2 pillows, I start getting a tickle right at the top of my esphogus to the point it throws me into a coughing spell and then I start gagging on phlem ... last night I slept practically setting up and that helped a little, but I felt even less rested then morning that all the others since I've been home because I'm only able to sleep at max 2 hours at a time.
It just happened again and it was a bad bout this time because I started gagging really bad and nearly threw-up ...has/is anyone else experience(d) this and, if so, what did you do about it ...
It doesn't seem to happen if I am sitting or standing, just when I try to lay down.
It's NOT fun and I keep thinking I'm going to do damage to my suture line.
