A first for me!

Saw my surgeon last week and he wants me to progress to normal foods. He didn't have to tell me twice! So, I packed up my family and we went to my favorite pizza place. They all shared a pizza....I had one slice of thin crust veggie pizza. ONE SLICE, not four. And I was satisfied. I chewed it to oblivion and ate super slowly. But the fact that I was able to sit there and eat a single slice and be completely fine with is was amazing to me. It was also my first real "this really ISNT a diet" moment! So happy!!!!

Great work... it gets easier as you learn more about what you can and cannot eat!

I remember going through the same thing. Isn't it a great feeling??? Keep up the good work.
