Feel free to add me. Txin1. I love my MFP group!

I have been tracking with it for about 3 months now and love it! I am danshepherd08. Thought it would be kinda cool to see how others are gettin things done.

I love MFP, I've been slacking the last week, but have been on it for some time and it really does help. Feel free to add me 2012ALM.

I love the app. But I have not used it for quite awhile. I think I became to addicted to the calories versus the portion size.

i've been using lose it and like that app. I may start trying MFP and see if its better. I have both on my phone and MFP has more foods listed. Just would have to get use to the format.
