Current Weight 233lbs- Weight Loss Goal for January - workout more 4-5 times a wk New Years Resolution - work on my temper. Goal for the New Year - lose total of 90lbs. to get yo goal weight of 145 -

So went in for a regular doctor's appt. to check on my diabetes . I was a little down because I believe I could be losing more weight . And he told me that my A1C has gone from 11.6 to 7(still high but 7 is better than 11). Knowing that made me happy . And that is my NSV ..Getting my diabetes under control is always a victory -

Well last month I had a fill of 1cc put in totaling 5cc in my 14cc band . Within 2hrs of receiving that fill I could drink NOTHING I mean nothing not even water. So I returned 2days later and he took that 1cc back out . I just went in today and he put that 1cc back in again. So far so good.

So me and my husband been together for going on 9yrs now. But it's like the more weight I lose the more insecure he becomes. It's really starting to get annoying and pissing me off. Is this happening to anyone else. Starting wt. 325lbs Current wt. 245lbs

Didn't meet my goal wt. for the month which was 236lbs but I did lose 7lbs at least the scale if moving in the right direction. November 1 - 245lbs November 30 - 238lbs -

I'm on day 3 in the 30 Day Squat Challenge and I'm feeling it. I'm NOT gonna quit I'm determine to get through these next 27 days. Has anyone done this, if so can you post pics. I'll post mines when I'm done.
