Cheese

Are there any bandsters out there that can't live without cheese? I have always eaten and loved cheese; however, since being banded, it's like I can't live without it. I have to have a cheese stick, or slice or shredded cheese every single day. Can anyone else relate?

I eat cheese every day in some form. It's protein and helps fill me up when I need a quick snack.

Have you tried the unjury cheese sauce? I saw it online yesterday and it made me curious!

I've tried it. It's ok for processed cheese. I actually gave the bag to my sister though as most of the time I couldn't justify the calories. She will mix some into Mac-n-cheese and such things to boost the Protein her little granddaughter is getting in. She's three and just doesn't like meat.

This thread makes me so happy. I love, love, love cheese and was afraid that it would be a food I wouldn't be able to enjoy so much after I get banded. To read that it works so well with a band is yay! :D

I know I LOVE cheese I always have....I also crave milk too. I don't know why but I've always loved dairy.

Just an FYI, I just had all my bloodwork done and it's good. My cholesterol is good and my mom, who's a nurse, said, I'm a little surprised with all of the cheese you eat! Lol.

I love dairy too, but since banded I have not drank milk as much. Don't really like the taste like I used too. But cheese OMG, I gotta have it. :)
