Early Morning Workouts

For years I have been hitting the gym first thing in the morning, around 5:30 am.....with nothing in my stomach but 2 cups of coffee and my Vitamins......I knew I was getting fantastic results but had no documentation to back it up.....untill now...I found this.....I knew I was doing something right.

Thanks B-

I have been trying to motivate myself to get my arse up early enough to work out before getting ready for work. 5:30...I get up begrudgingly at 6:30...working my way to 6...and then 5:30 and I'll be there!

I am so NOT a morning person.....I'll have to work on it!

Thanks for the information.

I normally try to go to bed around 9:00 pm due to the fact that I tend to raid the kitchen between 10 & 12. So going to bed early helps.

As a result I am ready to get up between 4 and 5 and then go for a walk on an empty stomach and then about 20 minutes after I get back I have a Protein shake and I am good to go for the day.

Thanks! Just sent this to my morning exercise partner. Time to regroup and step it up -- too many mornings when one or the other of us can't go that day for one reason or another. I find that laying out my togs the night before is enormously helpful.
