Uggh, no PB but some serious discomfort

I tried to eat a hard boiled egg mashed up with a little butter. I obviously missed a piece of the egg white and it was miserable going for about 30 minutes. I have virtually no restriction and yet I still felt it :Banane13: maybe i have more restriction than i thought?

That's how I was when I was first banded. I had almost no restruction but certain foods got stuck. Like bread and eggs. And talk about pain! Man, that's the only time I have ever wanted to throw up. It seems like eggs should be the perfect soft food, but they aren't. They stick like mad.

I have learned that there are foods that will just not feel well going down. No matter how well I chew and how slow I eat, red meat and bread is not for me. I given those up for good!
