How soon after surgery did you go back to work?

Hey everyone,

My surgery was 8 days ago and my first day back at work is today. I'm wondering when everyone else went back?

I went back 2 weeks after

i went back in 12 days but could have gone sooner. I just took off two weeks because it was easier. Good luck.

I went back to work the day after I got out of the hospital, really tired should have waited at least 4 days. You will be fine.

My surgery was on a Tuesday and I went back to work on Monday.

I had surgery on Friday and went back to work that Monday. In hindsight I see I needed more time to heal. Surgery is trauma to the body and it needs time to rest and heal. I would suggest a minimum of a week. Now my weekend is spent trying to catch my breath.
