  2. 5 weeks post op and I'm down 30 lbs. feeling so great. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time. I could only do 20 mins but I pushed myself to do the best 20 mins I could in that bike. I did mountain climbing. Today I did 23 mins in the elliptical and I'm feeling great. Any other success stories out there.
  3. You're not on liquid diet. I'm banded one week today and can't imagine eating chicken. Also you know you are suppose to take baby bites and crew 20-30 crews. Good luck.

  9. Go in at 10 and I must say I'm really nervous. I've lost 14 lbs on my pre op diet but I must be honest I cheated this Saturday. I ate a pierce of steak and then threw it away. That's was all I've eaten in 14 days. I'm very proud of my self. Excited about new life changes.

  11. Kind of upset did not loss any weight yesterday to today. Don't know if it's because I'm bloated or what but not seeing that number go down makes it hard for me to keep up with shakes and water.

  18. I was told out any meds in a 1/2 Vinger for 10 mins. Vinger acts like the acid in ur stomach. If the medicine dissolves you can have it. I'm sure tummies don't.
