Today is day two for me and I'm hearing so many people say the can have one meal and sugar free jello. Mine is pure liquid. 3-4 protein shakes and unlimited water or propel. Yesterday was hard but today is better. I weight myself and lost 2 lbs so this helps me to want to do better. Keep focused. You'll do great.

Lost two pounds yesterday. Yay this motivates to want to do better. I didn't think I could make it on 3-4 protein shakes, but I did and did feel hungry. Thanks for the support. This site is awesome.

Have a massive headache so off to bed but the first day wasn't really bad. I didn't feel hungry. I think my head was telling me it wanted good. But I made it. Thank you guys.

Hello I'm scheduled for July 9 and I start my liquid diet today. I love love food so I'm really scared. Hoping I don't let myself down. I'm readying to making life changes to improve my health. I've done so many diets and my weight has been a roller coster for years so really scared.

I will be banded sometime in July. I was suppose to have the surgery may 14 but two people left there job so I now have to wait. How did the surgery go? How are you feeling?
