Congratulations on getting to solids. Look at your list and decide what are my must haves. When I first went on solids I ate a lot of jumbo lump crab, salmon, shrimp, meatballs and sweet and sour meatballs. Just try to get in all the protein and liquids you need each day.

Good luck.

Thanks that's what I go for first is the protein , but liquid I sip all day and I still don't think I am getting enough in

Are you using my fitness pal or another tool to keep track of your foo and liquid?

Yes I'm using spark people

Just take it day by day. If you aren't very weak or shaky then you're probably getting in enough. Each day will get easier.
