I am confused,
At my Dr. office they said that the "pouch" is not to hod food and that it is just a passing trough, that food should never stay/sit in there because it will stretches the esophagus and will eventually the patient start having problems with acid reflux/GERD etc.
According with some post that I've read, you eat small amounts to fill the pouch and once it is full then you feel full and the food slowly moves to the big part of the stomach and that is the reason not to drink water.
Which version is correct?
