i didnt cough anything

you may want to call your doctor and let them advise you

i was walking day i got home (granted not far but just a wee bit)

based on how you feel really and what your doctor recommends

I agree I would give your doctor a call there is someone always on standby. I was walking when I got home, you should be walking to, it helps relieve some gas and prevents blood clots from not moving around.

I just spoke with him and I haven't been doing much walking just a Lil walking around in the house but I will get out 2 morrow and walk. He wants me to walk and move around the phlegm I'm probably just getting a cold.

He says as long az I'm not short of breath with the phlegm it's ok. I'm very glad to hear that

I had phlegm after I started eating food again. Went away after a couple days.
