I cant tell if its hunger or not...

I am four days banded and I'm getting enough water and I manage two maybe three shakes today it's been two my stomach is grumbling but I don't really feel hungry how can you tell ?

I think you would know! I was banded 2 weeks ago and on day 2 I was having hunger pains, just the same as before the surgery, so I don't think they'd be any different.

Rumbling stomach is normal. After my surgery, when I went to church, sang in the choir and my tummy rumbled all thru the service! I was very embarrassed! You will get thru it. Your tummy is just getting used to it, too! You are probably not hungry, but will have head hunger until you start eating real food.

Well that's it I don't feel hungry at all but stomach is making all kinds of weird noises so I guess it's just adjusting

My stomach did that too! I'm on day 6, and to be honest, I'm still not head hungry yet (thank God!), the the grumbling is certainly not as loud. And I was even able to get more than broth and 1 shake a day down for lack of interest.

I'm feeling the same way no interest, family had pizza the other day and I could have cared less
