It's My Turn to Say.......ONEderland!!!!

Well, I FINALLY broke the 200 mark this morning. Albeit, only by 1 pound, but I haven't seen that number in a few years. SO happy! Did I say how much I love my band?!!!!

When I broke 200 it was only by .3...You should be VERY PROUD!!! Congrats!!!

Well, it was really by .4 this morning, but I drank Water before weighing, so knocked off .6 for that, to make it an even 1 - LOL!

Congrats!!! I can't wait to be in Onederland!! 35 more pounds to go!! These kinds of posts motivate me to get up and move! Can't wait to be off work and go for my walk!

The "moving" has really amped this up a bit. I started going to physical therapy twice a week, and that's made a big difference. When I'm there, I'm on the treadmill or bike for about 20 minutes, then they work me out. I'm noticing a big change, and it's helping me with my back and hip.....which is the reason I started going to begin with. They keep telling me "just walk" and you'll notice a big difference.

Good luck to you!

Congrats to you girl!!! :)
