having trouble staying away from chocolate

I have had trouble the last week with limiting the naughty food.. Ive thrown it out and it has worked but i celebrated easter this weekend and i consumed quite a bit of chocolate.. Now i find myself looking for some.. Its very hard.. Ive decided to walk it off everytime i get a craving.. Its bloody hard.. Any other suggestions?

I drink a slushy Chocolate protein shake every morning. I put in freezer for 45-60 minutes then I enjoy. Takes care of me all day and no craving sweets all day.

Thanks guys for the support! Today was my first chocolate free day in 5 days! Was a b***h of a day but im in bed and chocolate free....

I'm in your boat too. I gave up Dr. Pepper, no problem. Potates, rice, no problem, but chocolate, dang just shoot me!

I went to get my kid a happy meal and I ordered me an ice cream thank god they were cleaning the machine and I couldn't get it I guess or was fate lol

I love to eat dark chocolate peanut M & Ms....I keep a large bag in my freezer and take out a few at a time when I crave something sweet and chocolately. The protein doesn't hurt either. This works for me...

The peanut m&m 's in the freezer sounds doable. Thanks for sharing.
