Alcohol and lap band

Hi can anyone tell me what their experiences are with alcohol and their lap band

My Dr told me the reason alcohol was more potent for bystanders was because it stayed in the pouch for a longer period before moving to your stomach where even more alcohol was absorbed. Makes sense I guess.

I don't notice any difference in the affects...none. I enjoy wine, bourbon, beer, mixed drinks.....all in moderation. Well, most of the time. ;)

I'm feeling better today but not trying that again, made me very unwell. I guess we are all different.
