    I found an excellent book on Amazon that is available for Kindle. It's called Lapband for Life by Dr. ariel Ortiz. It is the " everything you always wanted to know" book! Wow what a reference book!

    Well sort of I made up a forum and am trying to get us all together. Its so hard to communicate on here though. I'm hoping we can meet up and then get something worked out where we can meet up like once a month! If u go to the local az forum mine is "anyone in the mesa area"

    I'm doing well! I officially hit the 30 lb loss today actually I'm 31lbs lighter!!!!
