I have been sleeping on my back because I am afraid I will hurt something or shift my band. Before surgery i have always slept on my stomach or side. Each night it is getting harder for me to sleep on my back. Does anyone have any suggestions? -

I am having the same pains. I was banded 8days ago.Yesturday was the first time I went out and about all day, i may have overdone it or I think I my problem may be that I need to have a BM. I will call my Dr if the pain persists. -
Today is the best I have felt so far. First day post op I was feeling alot of abdomenal pressure. I think it was from the hiatel hernia repair. I found the pain meds and breathing through pain to be helpful.Day too as even better. I am now on day three and the only pain I have now is gas in shoulder. My diet so far has consisted of popsicles and broth, and i am not hungry at all. This is my experience so far. God bless
