Everyone can have different results, depending on lots of factors. From the information thats online, you could expect APPX 1-2 lb loss per week. Anything more would be a bonus. Most importantly, follow your medical teams recommendations and try and get in as much exercise as possible. You'll hear quoted that 3500 calories equals a pound. However you can burn that or not eat that 3500 calories, SHOULD equal a one pound loss.

Wishing you the best! Keep us posted.

I'm home as of 6pm last night I have incision pain especially the port and I'm pretty sure gas pains are here today! All and all I'm so happy I did this and to begin my new life on the other side of bandsterhood!! I'm sure ill have so many questions so thank you all in advance for all your support!!

Your journey starts. Take it one day at a time, follow your Dr.'s instructions and you will do fine.
