Hasanyone read this book? What is your opinion?

no but i have read bandwagon by jeannie mcmillian.

i am sure this one you asked about is very similiar to the bandwagon.

I bought the book because I had written an article and answered questions posed to me by the authors. It is a very informative book. I intend to donate mine to the lapband surgeon's office. Right now, my son-in-law has it, as he just had his surgery on Nov 30. It will make a statement, and then follow up with someone on the Lapband forum's experience. It is pricy, but well worth it if you are just beginning your journey. Karen
