  2. Hasanyone read this book? What is your opinion?
  3. Thanks for the advise. I will use that to help me with my journey!! Congrats to you on your weight loss
  4. How do you do it? I had mine in 2008 lost from 330 to 225 then gained back to 272 and now back to 262 and at a standstill for over a year. Any advise??
  5. You havnt had your surgery very long. When I had mine it was very hard for me to get motivated to move because I was in so much pain. As the pain started to cease I gained more energy and my attitude changed to want to move more. I made myself get up even though I didnt want to. I felt as if I slept I wouldnt feel the pain. You are most def not a failure. ANyone who has enough courage to have this surgery is strong. I made myself walk to mailbox daily to get a lil exercise. I was scared of blood clots. Once the pain subsides you will be better. We are here for you to help you threw this. I wish I would have logged on here sooner. I had my surgery in 2008 and went threw it alone. There were many days that I cried and bawled because I felt the same way but as time passed I got better.
