Hello out there. All is well I'm down 60lbs and I had some diet problems and that damn GAS come back every now and then. My goal is still to lose 75lbs the first year. On track but I know I can do better.

Hey Ms Tee All is well down 60lbs. Wow 85lbs you are doing your thing lady. Much love keep up the good work.

Glad everyone is doing well. I hope to be down 100 lbs within the first year and hit goal before next summer. I had about 150 lbs to lose. But I know those last 20-25 lbs can be hard to get off so as long as I'm healthily I'll be happy and then will slowly work off the last bit.

I can now walk more than 3 miles with my dogs and not be exhausted. I've starting jogging too but my asthma acts up and I can't jog much.

Keep up the good work everyone!
