Does anyone know if the carb, protein, and fat goals can be adjusted? I did change the cals but the fat and carbs are set way too high!

Not sure about on My Fitness Pal but they have a calorie counter, water counter, excercise counter, etc.. on www.sparkpeople.com . I like it a lot! Hope that might be helpful to you.

Oh and I forgot to say,... it's easy to edit them how you want them.

You can adjust but have to do it from computer, cannot do it via phone ap. I think the instructions are under the FAQs that are on the phone ap.

You can edit total calories and change your weigh in from the APP but you do have to edit the more specific things like protein and carb limits from a computer. I usually do that at work since I never go on my computer at home! Love the program though. I am Brinksm on MFP.
