I never thought that I would type that phrase. I haven't been on the forums in months....I hope everyone is doing great. I posted my before and "in progress" photo...I didnt' realize the change until I did that. We see ourselves everyday and although we notice the weight change...it's not as dramatic or apparent until we compare.

Go to the main page or click on the "lap band talk" logo at the top of this page. Then ciick on one of the categories (ie. general lap band discussion). After that opens along the top of the page it will say to "start new topic" and there you go. I am saying this from memory but I think that is it. Welcome!!
