Cold And Coughing. Bad With The Band??

I've had a cold for a week. And at times I have coughing fits. Will that slip my band?? I feel a little tighter. Expected. So I'm eating soft foods. This suks.

It's highly unlikely that coughing from a cold will have any negative effect on your band but if you are worried you should speak to your doctor.

I am getting band on the 8th of Nov. I actually asked my dr. this question. I usually end up with bronchits at least 2x a year and I cough so hard. I was afraid it would cause problems (slippage). He told me no. HOpe he is right! Let me know if you find out anymore about coughing..

I normally get a cold several times a year but since i've been taking all the vitamins they told me to take haven't been sick for almost a year knock on wood lol! If your not on vitamins you should give it a try
