Anyone else a patient at the True Results place at Med Center. I am and I met the surgeon today and he was amazing. Any feedback or we can make this our own support group.

I had surgery on the 12th with Dr. Reilly. If any of you will be at the True Results monthly meeting next Tuesday at 6, let me know! I'll be there!

Dr Hollis did my surgery at True Results on March 2nd of this year. I really liked him and like all the people there. I've never attended one of the monthly support meetings but have always been curious about them and wondered how many people usually showed up. I've always wonder about having the band long term also. I think I've read a lot of stories from people having the band taken out and I've wondered why they would want to have it taken out and they've seemed happy about getting it taken out. It would devastate me if I had to have mine out.

What happens in those support meetings and where are they held at? Can I come if I haven't been banded yet ?

I was going to go to the one before I was banded but something came up. =(

Oops, they're at the True Results building on Main! I don't know what floor. The 8th I guess?

I was told that you can attend the support group meetings prior to being banded. I'm going to go to the one next week, I think (IS it next week?). Yes, it's on the 8th floor.
