I got my loan!!

Just found out that we got our loan for my surgery! Looks like I will be right on target for a May date. I am so excited!

Thanks everyone! It's nice to have support from those going through the same things. As excited as I am, I have some fears about the surgery. I had a breast reduction 4 years ago and healing from that was tough. My scars are horrible and didn't seem like they would ever heal. My husband calls me the "walking side effect waiting to happen". I'm hoping that's not the case this time!

My BMI is currently 42 and I feel like I'm going to be harpooned if I even think about getting into a swimsuit! I hope to eventually lose 100 pounds. My husband is behind me 500% so I'm very lucky there!

We are planning on adopting a couple of kiddos this year but I want to get banded before that happens. I want to be able to have the energy and health to keep up with my kids!

So until that happens... this is me.... :hungry:
