If this is your first fill, you probably won't notice any difference. The fill itself is usually quick and doesn't hurt. It's a slight pinch, but that's it. My doc had me drink some water afterwards to make sure it went down and then I left. I was on mushies for 2 days. I go for my second fill next week and I think that will get me to a good place. Good luck!

I had my first fill last week under x ray, it all slightly weirded me out but that's because I am weird lol. Any way ot didn't hurt, my doctor gave me a think fluid to drink while he was doing it and some water, i got 4ml, but here i am now with no restriction, so im looking to make another appt. I read somewhere that cold fluids tighten your band so to speak and warm ones loosen it, this rings true for me so maybe bare that in mind before hand :-)
