Stocky's Band-day

Today is finally the day for Dr. M to do what he does for Stocky. She is going to the hospital early so she can be there on time:crutch:. LOL Her surgery is scheduled for 10:30am today Tuesday March 21, 2006. She will be out in no time feeling like a brand new woman:frog:

OK, while we wait for her to come out of surgery let's talk about her.....LOL.....

Stocky:drama: will be just fine once she gets her first cup of Water and:spit:.......then she will know she is banded....for life.

Butting in on the MD thread to welcome Stocky to Bandland! Grats girl! So glad to hear things went so smoothly for you! And um, can you feel the energy coming off of Teresa?? LOL I think she's going to explode! Someone take her out for a walk!

So much fun to read a thread by a group of excited folks who are seeing lots of success! Yay Maryland!

Thanks PhotoNut!!!!

Congrats!!

Welcome aboard.

Great insight Stocky..

For this future" May Bander" Keep up the writing as your story seems like the ideal situation!!! You make it sound soooo easy....How are the incisions doing?

Thanks

Hi,

They seem to be doing fine. The little steri-strips have yet to fall off, so I have not been able to see how they actually look. But I was able to sleep on my stomach last night. The other nights it was the gas that kept me from sleeping on my stomach mainly--pressure in my belly.

They are not sore or anything. SOmetimes they give me a little itchy feeling, which is good...means they are healing nice.

Good Luck
