    I'm using About Time birthday cake flavored. It is REALLY good. It has a french vanilla flavor & has zero carbs & 25g of protein for an 8 oz serving. I mix it with 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy milk & it tastes like an actual milkshake....to me. I ordered it from Lucky Vitamin.com. They have lots of great stuff.
