I'm doing terrible 9cc in my 11cc band, I'm in the green I know it when I'm eating right, but I am addicted to slider foods and not sure what to do about it. One year on Wednesday and I only kept off about 7 lbs:-( I do exercise 4-5 times a week, just make really bad food choices.........

I'm nine months post op and gained back to my day of surgery weight:-( So frustrated, had a breakdown and cried at my appt yesterday, as if I wasn't down on my self enough, the disappointment on the doctors face set me over the edge:-( against his better judgement he gave me another .5 cc fill putting me at 9 in my 11 cc band. I hope this is what I needed. I exercise, and probably make poor choices now and then but still feel like I should be seeing some results. So now starting over today! Logging EVERYTHING I put in my mouth and see where I'm at in 6 weeks when I go back to see the doc and nutritionist. Wish me luck, and strength, I'm gonna need it:-)

Eight months post op, 35 lbs lost since 9/4/12 and I have gained 10 back in the last three weeks:-( I am so bummed, I feel so weak to my temptations! I am getting married on the 18th if this month and I am praying I fit into my wedding gown:-( why can't I just make the right choices?????? I'm at 8cc in my 11 cc realize band and the doc doesn't really want to fill me more. I'll take any suggestions or encouragement ! I know what to do, I just can't stick to it:-(

Going in for my 6 month post op appointment tomorrow morning. Still down 30 pounds , but I haven't lost in months:-) i gained about 5 pounds over the holidays and have lost that again. last month I got a 1cc fill for a total of 8.5 in my 11cc band. With the last fill I'm just now able to even tell that the band is there! My surgeon says he normally only fills to 9cc's:-/. I feel really close to green, but I think I am going to ask for a .5cc fill tomorrow and see if it puts me in the green! Hopefully it won't make me too tight:-)

I still am not getting that satisfied feeling:-(I have noticed a very slight difference if I try to eat to thick of a bread, but other than that nothing, and I haven't lost any weight for months:-( my doc says he only goes to 9cc in the 11 cc band! I am going back this month and asking for the other 0.5 cc and hope that that makes the difference.

Just had my first "stuck":-( I was eating a piece of banana bread, I was able to walk it off, now I know what it feels like! Just got a one cc fill last week, put me at 8.5 in my 11 cc band, I think we might be getting somewhere........ I sure don't want to feel like that again, thank goodness I was at home. My little reminder, did its job:-) gonna go with soft stuff for a day or two.

I now have 8.5 cc's in my 11 cc band, I really hope this is the turning point for me:-) Doc says he only normally fills the 11 cc band to 9 cc, we will see!

Got an appointment to go in Wednesday for a fill:-)

I have 11cc Realize with 7.5 cc in it. I'm still hungry every couple hours:-( Not due to go back to doctor until March but I'm thinking about calling to see if I can get another fill? I have gained about 3 pounds over the last couple months:-(

I have been going through the same exact thing, somehow I only gained 3 pounds! Today is the day I got BACK on the wagon, but I want to eat, I feel like I'm starting over again. It's crazy how all those terrible foods just slide right down. Back to counting calories and protein for me, logging my food and exercise always seems to help, but I got away from it the last few weeks and I stayed pretty far away from the gym too! We can do this!!!!

I buy wide calf boots and just got a couple pair from layne Bryant that fit! I'm 218 lbs size 16/18. Some times I have to scrunch them down, zip them and then pull them up, I love boots:-)

Was using MFP, started using the Lose it app a couple weeks ago I just like it better. Anyone else use Lose it?

I too have an 11cc Realize band:-)

I chew sf gum all the time. Doc said its fine and there has never been a case of gum getting stuck. It can cause gas if your are really smacking it:-)

I have the 11cc band, currently at 7.5 cc , not in green yet! But was just filled Wed, I have a feeling ill be close when it kicks in:-)

So I got 1.5cc fill. That's a total of 7.5 cc. Lost 7 lbs since last appt, my doc was thrilled and so was I! I don't go back for 3 months. That puts me 6 months post- op in March, here is to hoping I can lose another 30 lbs + by then :-) I'm feeling really great about myself right now! I wanna wish everyone else good luck in their journey.

Headed in for my 3rd fill this afternoon!! This will put me at 8cc in my 11 cc band, three months post op. Down 32 lbs:-) since the end of August, banded Sept 4th. Doctor says this full should really let me know the band is there, just hope I don't get too tight:-/ I trust him all the way, he has been an awesome doctor couldn't ask for more ! I'll keep y'all posted!!!

11cc band, 6 cc filled going for 2 more cc on Wednesday, starting to feel the difference hope that this next fill hits the spot:-)

First time I vomited since being banded on 9/4. I was terrified! Going to sip some hot tea and pray I don't have to vomit any more.

Mine is 11cc, I have had two fills for a total of 6 cc. I have noticed a slight difference. Getting two more cc next Friday, doc says this will be " the one"!
