Had Surgery Wed. And Went To Work Today.

Just fill blah. And achy. I feel better standing or laying down. I started the protein shakes today and had some yogurt but my stomach didn't agree and I was running to the bathroom over and over again. I want food. I hate watching tv bc of the food commercials!! Flipping KFC.. I hate U!! So anyway, does anybody eat plain cottage cheese? Or do you add stuff to make it taste good?

I used the nonfat greek yogurt, mixed a tad of crystal light to get a different and better taste. I have a crystal light lemonade nonfat greek yogurt that is quite tasty.

Or you can add sugar free jam to Greek yogurt.
