Thanks yall. It's nice to talk to ppl who are going through the same thing.

So I've lost 137 lbs. I currently weigh 125. Never In my life would I have dreamed that was possible. I haven't had a fill in 2 years. My band is so moody sometimes I can't keep tea or juice down. Other days I can eat a whole sandwich then I can't eat a bite. And on top of all that I still feel huge. My body is nasty with extra skin everywhere. I know I have a body image issue but I've had it my whole life. I bought size 4 pants yesterday and I can't wrap my head around how I fit in them when I feel bigger

A co worker came up to me and said- you look so good. Tell me how are you doing this really? Did you have surgery? I was shocked she asked and said -no! But now I feel bad I lied and I can't look at her anymore.

I lost 6lbs in 3 days from being too tight. Water felt like it was getting stuck and I had heartburn. I had 1cc taken out and they told me I would gain the lbs back bc it was most likely water weight but it all stayed off

Banded 8-8-12 down 43 lbs. I'm going back on the 24th. Very happy with everything. I feel like I need to hug the person in charge.

Any on here??? How have you been doing? Have you gone back to Pennington yet?

I feel like what I have in my band should be enough and when I call to make an appt for a fill I feel guilty. I think still eating too much. I'm losing weight but very slowly. I eat more than a cup at a time so I really think I need a small fill. I don't know why I feel like a loser when I keep getting fills.

I feel like a alcoholic. I'm always tempted to take that drink. Everyday is a struggle of good vs. evil. Aug 2nd was my last drink a route 44 dr. Pepper from sonic. SIGH** but I'm staying strong if I can do it anybody can do it!!

I had my second fill yesterday. My first fill was a month ago. I got 3cc first time and got 2.5cc yesterday. It feels tight just swallowing water. My protein shake hurts to drink. I just had a Popsicle and it didn't hurt. I do have heartburn in my throat. Dr. Office is closed til Friday morning so I'm screwed til then!

3.5 cc on first fill. She said next time will be 2.5cc

I had my first fill sept 4 and won't have another one or go back till jan. 22 2013!! I want another fill sooner than that!

I've had 4 abdominal surgeries. So needless to say you could connect the dots on my tummy!!! The old ones are barely noticeable. Some dip in like dimples. Others poke out. Some are light pink some are skin tone. Really you never know how your body will heal.

Wow. Can't believe they did 6cc. I just tried to eat and it wasn't good. 2 bites and I feel it wanting to get stuck. So guess I'll do shakes for another day

You know they never told me to do liquids after a fill! Sounds like a VERY important piece of information they forgot to tell me!!!

It's okay. The needle doesn't hurt hardly at all!! It's strange, you would think it hurts bad but it doesn't. Better than any shot in the arm I've ever had. The one thing that kinda sucked was she couldn't find my port and had to push around all over. I had to lay flat, arms behind head and relax then do like a crunch for her to push around and feel for it. It took awhile but she found it. Mine is in the middle of my stomach. She said it was in a odd place! The needle looks like a "L" shape. I promise its not bad! Let me know how it goes for you! They gave me 3cc's in my standard size 11cc band. I have another appt on the 22nd and she said she would probably put 2.5cc's in then. BUt I don't know if I'll be able to take it! I feel really tight right now.

Should I be able to constantly feel that tight feeling? I keep burping. I'm nervous.

First fill today. 3cc's. I feel now that I have gas stuck in my throat like I need to burp. I'm scared to eat. They didn't tell me to just do liquids.
