How Soon After Surgery Did You Add Things Like Liquid Grits, And Watery Soft Foods?

hi there, at what point did you add watered down/ lose things like grits, or mashed potatoes. pudding , regular yogurt etc? did you do it when you started to get hungry again a couple weeks after surgery or later? what were the first foods you added? any other food Ideas?

You are describing mushie foods which I was allowed at day 21. My first were mashed potatoes. I ate 2 tblsp and was so full! I had 2 weeks of mushies which were normal mushie things Like tuna, applesauce, sugar free pudding, peaches, pears, hummus and v 8 juice because there was no way I could eat mushie veggies!

I never at grits tho....
