I'm looking for a doctor who will do fill/unfills on patients who had a lapband put in in another state. Any leads on doctors, locations, and prices would be so very helpful!

Denise Orrill is a nurse practitioner near Mt. Vernon Il. charges 175.00 for 1st visit, 95.oo for subsequent fills. I'm going to use her after I follow up with another surgeon right after surgery in aug.

Not sure where you are located but Dr. Elli is my doctor. He is in Chicago, UIC but he also works from the 900 Michigan Ave Surgical Center. No clue on pricing.

Dr Elli is also my surgeon. At UIC each fill is $250. I'm not sure if that's the flat rate or if that's based off your insurance. He's awesome.

Doctor office covered fills I just had to pay my copay. Nurse wanted me to pay 250 for a fill and avoid acknowledging I had insurance...weird!

BCBS covered my fills at Northwestern. Kaitlyn Fiori is the nurse practitioner that normally does the fills. She works for Dr. Nagle (head of gastro dept.).
