When Will I Be A Candidate For Tummy Tuck?

I always thought you needed to be done losing weight even have maintained for a while before a surgeon would touch you but I was watching a weight loss reality show and the woman lost just a little say 20-30 lbs and had a tt and then continued on a journey to lose about 70 more.

I've had 4 kids (a set of twins too) so sadly i have the "butt in the front" look going I swear if that belly was gone I would feel soooo goooood but I still have at least another 50-70 to go!!!

I had lost 170 lbs and got down to 150. I had a massive amount of skin. I am up to 165 post surgery and it's all in my legs and butt. But I can tell you I didn't gain ANYTHING in my stomach..it's real

  • I'm scheduled for a TT on the 10th and I was told to make sure I was done losing and that I was done having kids. I am at both. I have been maintaining my weight now for over 6 months and my surgeon

Everyone is different. I had no pain with my TT or my LBL. My Doctor uses the epidural and twilight sleep. If I had not had an incision, I would have never known I had major surgery - except for my extremly flat and beautiful Tummy!

I got my TT done a year ago. It was approved one year after banding when I had lost 85lbs. I had hanging skin, etc.
