I Freaky Love My Band

...SO this morning I cooked.breakfast..egg, grilled.chicken n onions, mushroom, tomato..I kind.of over did...but my fruit friendly band stopped me.from over.doing it

I had 2 eggs scrambled the other morning & I was full!!!!!!!!!

I had one scrambled egg and made one packet of grits and couldn't get all the grits down.

Eggs just haven't set well with me. I usually docs protein shake for breakfast.

They were delicious and it is kind of weird because I don't usually like eggs! It was the first time I had mushy or soft foods since before my liquid pre-op diet.
