After A Slow Start I Saw A 1 As The First Number On The Scale For The First Time In 8 Years!

  • Popular Post

Well, after a slow start after my banding (May 22, 2012) I am finally in a good place and seeing results. I was 199 yesterday and I almost cried when the first number on the scale wasn't 2! That was the motivation I needed to kick myself in the butt and push on to my goal. So happy!!!!

That's awesome! Great job. Enjoy ONEderland :)

That's so amazing, I can't wait until I'm there!! Congratulations!!

Congratulations! I hope to be posting the same for myself next month!

That doesn't sound like a slow start. I am only one month and one week out and have lost 20lbs. I hope I can see onederland as quickly as you.

Great job- sounds like you are doing a wonderful job!

Enjoy your success, it will only get better! I am to goal but lost track and gained 8 pounds over the last year. I have finally got my head in the game and am losing it and have a couple more pounds to go. It is hard and I do remember starting at 235 and when I hit the 199, I held my breath because I had done that so many times before in my life and I was afraid to enjoy it because it has been a yo yo life for me. Keep focused and enjoy every mile stone you get to and don't look back.

Congratulations on wonderland!!!!

Wonderful news! Best continued wishes to all
