  8. Thank you everyone :') you know what? It does get easier after the first few days. I found that hard to believe in the beginning but I'm noticing it now for myself. Day by day is what I'll do. I knew I would find good advice from everyone here. Thank you for being supportive. Hugs to everyone....
  9. Thank you for your support and advice. The surgeons office didn't mention broth but they did say I could have sugar free drinks and Popsicles. I hate this, everything looks so yummy. I never realized how little will power I had. I didn't think it would be this hard. -Kelly
  10. Oh, Ha Ha, my surgery was rescheduled to the 23rd. I am on 3 to 5 protein shakes a day for 2 weeks. Sorry I haven't updated my profile . -Kelly

  15. My surgery is scheduled for the 22nd as well I'm glad you posted this question because I'm feeling the same way you are. I'm nervous. Reading these responses has helped.

  19. I am scheduled to be banded on Feb. 22nd and I am getting extremely nervous. I needed to read something like this to get me motivated. I'm happy for you and your success. Hope I will be as successful. -Kelly
  20. I still have 3 and a half weeks to go but I'm getting really nervous. I keep having dreams. I just cannot see me as a thinner person and I worry that I will be the one person to fail at this. I guess I just need some support.
