I was only out Wed, Thurs, and Fri and back on Mon, bit I also have a sit down job. I felt like I could have gone back on Friday, though, and I also had a hiatial hernia repair.

I am down 70 lbs and have been off birth control for 8 months. Why am I still not pregnant? My surgeon kept telling me that I had to be careful because I'd get pregnant as soon as I missed a pill and my husband and I have been trying for a while. What's the deal? -

I was banded on 4/17/12 and things are going well. However, for the past 24 hours I have been burping constantly. It's every few seconds, almost like hiccups, but it is more of a burp. Any ideas?

My BMI was a 42.8 when I started and is now down to a 32.9! 19 more pounds will put me in the "overweight" category. 36 more pounds will put me in the "normal" category! Calculate yours if your weight loss slows, it is a terriffic motivator. Share your progress!

My son. My mom was heavy and didn't really get down and PLAY with me as a kid. I want better for my boy! -
I am 5 months out and I take mine whole now. Some of my prescriptions I was able to get in liquid form after speaking with my PCP.

I was banded in April and just dropped below 200. To Celebrate, I went off birth control! From what I've read, a completely healthy and normal pregnancy is possible. I don't know for sure, but I'm expecting a bit of port pain. My surgeon says I shouldn't have to gain more than 15lbs or so to maintain a healthy pregnancy, but my surgeon is a man... we'll see what really happens!

Congratulations! That's a great feeling, but will be even better when you quickly realize they are getting too big on you!

I was banded in April and today I saw a weight that began with a 1 for the first time since high school! I am so envigorated by this, I can't wait to see lower numbers!
