Is Anyone Constantly Burping?

I was banded on 4/17/12 and things are going well. However, for the past 24 hours I have been burping constantly. It's every few seconds, almost like hiccups, but it is more of a burp. Any ideas?

I have had problems with burping and hiccuping, too. I think I was eating too fast, I have since slowed down and it has gotten better. Hope this helps a little.

Sounds like your diaphragm/vagus nerve is irritated. Could be you ate a bit too fast or too much? Did it start while you were eating or after you finished. If it started while you were still eating, that first burp would be a sign that you're done. I'm assuming you're eating slowly, chewing thoroughly and waiting between bites....
