Swollen And Painful Foot

The side of my left foot is slightly swollen and today a pain developed, whenever I walk or take a step it is painful. I had a venous doppler last Tuesday and it came it out negative. I'm kind of worried! I dont want to be one of those patients who always calls her doctor for a false alarm. What do you think it is? Anyone ever have a similar problem?

Not sure what it is but I am pretty sure that it is not your band!

Why did you have the doppler, what else has been going on?

They were swollen last week and the doc wanted to rule out blood clots.
