oyyyy! my first day back.... (had surgery 7/2) and boy is this day DRAGGING! i'm super tired and feel like i'm falling asleep at the computer. very uncomfortable with a little band area pain. :-/ wish i could have stayed home.

yes, this was a topic just so we can vent... if its your first week back to work

My seventh day post-surgery was the worst day I had, and unfortunately my first day back to work. After that seventh day, though, I turned a corner and got better much faster.

Hang in there, Sylvia. First day is the hardest. You'll sleep well tonight.

Rest as much as u can for the next few days it will help u recover from the shock of working again much quicker
