Then you should talk to your surgeon about it and possibly get a slight unfill. Slider foods lead to weight gain and a band too tight leads to slips.

Well, it's possible, but here's some questions:

-Are you taking tiny bites? Like the size your finger nail?

-Are you chewing until the food is complete mush?

-Are you pausing between bites?

When I had my last fill, I struggled to eat big time. In fact, I almost got a slight unfill. But then I realized even though I thought the bites I was taking were small enough- they weren't. I started doing exactly what I listed above and was able to eat normally again.

Eating slider foods isn't good and neither is a band that's too tight. When did you have your last fill?

When was your fill are you supposed to still be on liquids or mushies? If you're fill was more than 2 days ago and you are supposed to be on solids and you cannot eat solids by 12 o'clock noon you are too tight. Some people at restrictions can not eat solids until noon.
