Jen I've learned over the last 7 months that I would like to pass on to u is to b patient we want to loss so fast and for some it's just a slow process as bad as we hate it that's just how it goes and I've found that as bad As I want to lose fast their nothing more I can do but be patient and keep working on it and it's coming off in its on time hope this is not to disappointing to u patience use to not b one of my strong points but I'm learning good luck to u

  4. I was having the same problem and I read a post last week where someone at a little something mainly protein every two hours and it was working for her so I tried it and it worked I started losing again so u might try it good luck

  6. I to had hernia repaired it will get better soon I was back to work in four days
  7. I also used a heating pad on my shoulders it helped a lot but walking around as much as possible will b your best bet
  8. I went to mountains this summer didn't feel any different but lost 4 lbs in a week while I was there so something happened for the best while I was there
  9. U haven't failed I've learned over time and it wasn't fun but it takes some people several months to get going I think I'm going to b a slow looser guess I'm just going to have to deal with it as long as I keep losing so stick with it it will work in its own time

  13. U might want to get some if those thermo heat pads for your shoulders that's where my gas pain was when u get home you can use a regular heat pad that seems to have been my saving grace
  14. I have found that bike riding is my exercise of choice but just up to 3 miles a day so far

  20. Mama sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm just starting to lose steadily and I'm 6 months out with 5 fills so just settle in for long ride no turning back
  21. Good luck hope it works out better this time
  22. Take pain med and try using a heating pad it really helped me
