Hi all

Any support groups local to me I live in Birmingham England that can help me with tips on food recipe foods you can eat and not eat also light exercise?

Thank you

I starterd at 400lbs and the only thing i could do at that weight was strength training get some dumbells and resistance bands and sit doignthem while u watch tv or something, then invest in an exercise bike and start off slowly and work your way up from there, do cycling first then strength afterwards. if u start off extremely heavy its hard to do things standing for long periods of time that is why cycling indoors is good for the heavier people .. i lost all my weight and have a rroad bike now too and after i recover from plastic surgery to remove all my excess skin i am looking forward to cycling outdoors again too.

You seem to be doing great at losing weight, dont lose focus and start saving up as u will no doubt end up with spare skin .. when u are as heavy as we started out, loose skin is inevitable ..

if u need any further help just ask .. good luck
